  BRIDGEWATER YOUTH LACROSSE - 2012 PROGRAMS

Bridgewater Youth Lacrosse is a non-profit organization dedicated to nurturing the talents of youth lacrosse players in Bridgewater. In our 10th year, we are happy to offer the following programs for the upcoming 2012 Season.

SPRING TRAVEL LACROSSE

Open to Boys & Girls- Grades 3-8 Program Runs: March - June

This program is part of Massachusetts Bay Youth Lacrosse League. Teams travel throughout the South Shore to play. Coaches have weekly or twice-weekly practices. Games are played on Sundays (TBD- some mid-week games may be possible).

Price- $180 (50% discount for siblings)

FRIDAY NIGHT LAX

Open to Boys grades 4-8 & Girls Grades 3-8 Program Runs: Jan-Feb (7 Weeks)

This 7-week program will take kids through skill drills and scrimmages to improve their Lacrosse skills in preparation for the Spring Travel season. . Grade 3 students can participate if they’ve completed one year of the Beginners Program.


Price-$85 per child (no sibling discounts)

BEGINNERS PROGRAM

Open to Boys & Girls- Grades K-2 Program Runs: April-June

Great program for entry-level players. The Beginner program is held on Sunday mornings and includes a practice & scrimmage. Kids will learn the basics of the game inc. ball handling, cradling, etc. This fun starter program will prepare new players for participation in the Spring Travel program.

Price- $85 per child (no sibling discount)

LACROSSE GEAR EXCHANGE -
 
If you have used equipment that you would like to sell or donate. Please fill out the form on our Equipment page and we will post a list of available equipment.

 
PARENT VOLUNTEERS-
 
Parent volunteers are also needed for each team to assist during home games by managing the clock as well as working the concession stands. Please consider giving back by selecting the parent volunteer box included in the on-line registration form. Coaches will also solicit volunteer signups at the beginning of the season.

  Coaches Needed   
As our programs continue to expand every year, Bridgewater Youth Lacrosse is in need of coaches at all levels. Coaching Training will be provided by MBYLL & Bridgewater Youth Lacrosse. This is a great way to get involved and learn the game.
